How long should I leave the candle lightened?
You should NEVER leave a candle to burn for over 4 hours.
What are the safety rules for the candles?
Make sure the candle is placed in a safe place, not close to anything flammable. Don't leave it unattended if you leave the room, or you have pets or kids in the house!
Best recycling methods?
The candles come in beautiful boxes which can be even used in the house, as they are magnetic. The jars can be used in the house for storage and decoration, or put candle bar or tea candles in them.

We are shipping worldwide using DHL.

This depends where you are based. A shipping price is calculated while you are checking out.
How to return a Mirvana product?
We think of our planet. Ordering a new shipment and returning a product relieses too much CO2, so we don't accept return.
Does Mirvana accept returns or refund requests if the product is not damaged?
We are happy to replace your product if it arrived damaged during the shipment. Otherwise, we do not offer returns or refunds.
What is the Refund policy at Mirvana?
We do not offer refunds. If you purchased, you purchased. If a product arrives damaged, we are happy to send you a new one, but we don't offer refunds on our products.

We aim to work continuously on sustainability. This is why we focus on recyclable packaing, jars and candle holders that can be reused as candle holders, and as decoration and useful parts of the household. We also produce candle refillers.
Where are the Mirvana candles made?
All of our products are made in Milan, Italy.
Are the Mirvana Scents Natural?
Candle scents can only be natural if we don't want them to truly smell. The Mirvana scents are not natural, but instead the perfumes are powerful, making the ambient smell fantastic, even if you're not burning the candle.
Are the ingredients Natural?
Our candles are 95% natural. This means, the only ingredient that's not natural is the scent. We use the best quality soy wax, and cotton wicks, so these are natural.
