Refund and Return Policy

We do not offer refunds and returns! All purchases are final.

We offer to change your item or to give you store credit for damaged items.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@lemirvana.com.

If you receive the wrong product, please report to us via email with photo proof, and we will give you the return instructions, as well as we will send you the originally ordered product right away!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a new item, or for store credit, we need proof that the item arrived damaged.

The first step is to check the item and report WITHIN 24 hours after the courier reports the delivery. The second step is to send us proof (photo) of the damaged item - for example, the glass jar is broken.

Once we inspect the photo proof, and it's accepted by our quality team, we will offer to either change the product for you, or you can receive a store credit.

Refunds
We do not offer direct refunds for damaged products. We do offer store credits, or replacement of the products. 

MIRVANA - Made in Italy

Mirvana was founded in 2024 in Milan, Italy, byHelga Dosa. This was a heart project that we had dreamed of for many years, researched and experimented with for over four years. The Candle Line project began during the pandemic in the United Kingdom. Today, Mirvana represents quality, fantastic and unique scents, long-lasting candles with natural soy wax and cotton wicks. We pay attention to the details, design, and sustainability. Our candle jars can be reused in the household in many different ways, and we also create candle bars to refill them. Mirvana is a registered Italian brand that started with products made in Italy. Today, Mirvana is based and made in Budapest, Hungary.
